Lorien Travel and Tours

By booking a service with Lorien Travel and Tours (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment, as advised at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

2. Confirmation of Services

  • Upon receipt of payment, we will issue a booking confirmation via email or other agreed communication.

  • Please check all details in your booking confirmation. Any errors should be reported immediately.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or tour operator’s terms.

  • Some services may be non-refundable.

  • Any applicable refund will be processed according to the provider’s policy, less any administrative fees.

  • No refunds will be given for unused portions of travel or no-shows.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or services will be subject to availability and provider policies.

  • Additional charges may apply for changes.

5. Travel Requirements

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required health documents.

  • Lorien Travel and Tours is not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

6. Liability

  • Upon receipt of payment, we will issue a booking confirmation via email or other agreed communication.

7. Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.

8. Special Requests

  • We will do our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary needs, seating preferences), but these are not guaranteed.

9. Data Protection

  • We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
